	Software Engineering Institute - CMMI Level 3
	Developed by the Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute (SEI), CMMI is a respected industry measure of the maturity of an organization's processes and the effective implementation of those processes. Level 3 maturity indicates Kadix has implemented company-wide standards and best practices in eighteen key business process areas.
	Helios Apollo AwardTM Finalist (Mid-Size Company Category)
	One of 3 finalists for the 2007 Helios Apollo Awards in the Mid-Size Company category (101 - 1,000 employees). The Apollo Awards recognize organizations that promote a continuous learning environment as part of their culture. This includes creating new and challenging opportunities which encourage employees to develop additional skills and/or enhance their existing capabilities.
	Department of Homeland Security - Small Business Achievement Award
